You should consider doing business with another bank, as a business we will NOT accept any checks drawn on TD Bank. They will NOT verify if an account is either valid or has enough funds to cover the check the customer is presenting. EVERY other bank in town will verify a check for a business and we simply will not accept checks drawn on a bank that cannot confirm a customers ability to pay.
A $7 fee to cash a check should be illegal. I'll charge the client back and you'll lose yet another customer
