I have been sitting on HOLD FOR 31 MINUTES!!! I wanted to deposit a check and they told me the old app no longer worked so I downloaded the new app and tried to login. I have TD in Canada so chose to have it here. It would not accept the last four digits of my SS which I know are correct. Then I get a message that says they will contact me in TWO DAYS! So I chose to call. I may be waiting two days here too! I realize it is Saturday but give me a break! It is now 36 minutes!
Am not paying them no maintenance fee every month. I will keep my credit union from back home instead.
Just a bank. But the wait over the phone was way to much.
