When a customer tells you about fraudulent charges, remove them as requested instead of processing them and then charging the customer fees because they went under balance. you are a bunch of inbred idiots.

RecommendedThis is THE WORST bank on the planet. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in multiple branches, on the phone trying to resolve very basic “problems” with this subpar bank. It’s absolutely shocking how often my accounts are frozen, Zelle doesn’t work, limits are useless, literally everything is a problem. We would rather pay DOUBLE fees to go back to Bank of America. I can’t get these accounts closed fast enough.

Never ever will I recommend anyone banking with this bank! They are the absolute worst! I have a business account with them been through hell , to get customer service on the phone always over a 20 minute wait once you get them on the line they refer you to branch for everything once you get to a branch they never have any personal bankers available. My debit card was scammed and mind you they called and advised me after 3 charges went through, and now I’m having to dispute those charges now that they posted. I’m frustrated ... read more
