I recently moved to Boston and TD bank has been amazing and so fast in helping me open bank accounts and get my credit card. Ashleigh Baron, the assistant store manager at TD bank at Commonwealth Avenue, Allston, has been so informative and helpful in helping me. She is patient and explains everything so clearly and professionally. The ladies at this location are incredibly unpleasant and seems like they do not want to be there. This is not a one off situation. It’s everytime. The location is the only convenient thing. Horrible staff and poor customer service.
