Worse service ever
Horrible service, I requested a simple letter on the 15th. The bank called on the 18th and told me that I can come anytime to pick the letter up. When I came Saturday 21st at 9:30 am nobody on the bank knew anything about what I was talking about, how do you expect customers to trust you doing things like that??
