My tenant went in and made a deposit which never showed up on my account. Called the branch for 4 days, with no answer to resolve the issue, in the mean time I had to rush into my branch and cover payments twice. I finally went down to Rochester and Shawn Mahoney the manager just hid in his office, had his asst manager tell me that he had called my phone and gotten a busy signal, which of course is a lie because my phone has caller ID and logs every call, missed or otherwise.
