This is more of a question than a complaint or criticism. Their Westlake office does not open until 8:30 . The stock market opens at 6:30 . If I have some funds to deposits at the office so I can start trading with them right away . I lose 2 hours of trade time . With the volatility of the market 2 hours can make quite a difference in trades . Other than this Ameritrade has been great . Very helpful when I have a problem or issue with a trading platform . I rolled over my 401K and IRA's to TD 2 years ago. My TD advisor Darin performed all the transactions and did a great job in moving over my assets. After performing the investment goal exercise he came to the conclusion it would be best to meet with an outside fiduciary service and have them manage my assets at a fee of 1% of total asset value annually.
