That way you are spared from a corporate culture of “can’t help you” and “somebody else’s job”. Long time Scottrade customer now borged into a corporate behemoth without a conscience or a clue. One star for a corporate sloganeering that incorporates the (ironic) words “customer centric”; otherwise they rate a ZERO.
Long wait times for support, but reps are always very helpful and the software and website are great.
