Alex Allen is incredibly amazing. Ive been with TDA for many years and tonight I called with some very important questions, regarding my trading account. He took his time to walk me though all the answers and and was very patient, detailed and helpful. He was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was set. Horrible experience - after 7 years of using Ameritrade as my brokerage there were fraudulent charges that occurred out of the country. After a lengthy claim, they did not side in my favor even after having my work involved that I was in the country (2400) in charges. I would not recommend using Ameritrade, support is awful and they will not protect you.
Worst experience with Edwin Nunez at the Beverly Hills branch. Do yourself a favor and ask a lot of questions. Ask and see if there is any manager ever present. Edwin personally stood me up for an appointment, wasting hours of my professional time when he had made the appointment himself after all the usual COVID excuses for months. He never apologized or tried to reschedule the broken appointments. Stay away from TD Ameritrade Beverly Hills and Edwin Nunez. He has no respect for women and minorities. I have personally witnessed the terrible customer service towards my partners and friends by this branch. They only want to deceive you to transfer all your accounts and if you ask any questions or object to their unethical bad practices, they will become vindictive and engage in retaliation to avoid you reporting them for their unprofessional practices such as standing you up for appointments without any apology only to d... read more
