terrible customer service , the website ticker will automatically change your order price in reflection with what they are currently selling for unless u turn it off so be ware of that . slow updates on stocks ticker and cost basis . will accept trades for higher then stock is going for without warning in the case your number gets change automatically via there terribly designed interface

I had to deal with them after my father passed away because I was a beneficiary on his account. They did not make it easy, I would get a different answer of what needed turned in or done to proced in the process from each employee I talked to. It took way longer than it should have because they either didn't know what they were doing or just didn't want to give up a little bit of money.
