Pitiful. I called to see when they were open and/or make an appointment. They transferred me to the general customer care line. I was on hold for a long time, then somebody who said they couldn't help answered. That person said they would transfer me to a "specialist." I was then on hold again for a very long time. It has been almost 15 minutes and I am still on hold.

They got rid of the professionals that worked there (Mike and Bill) and now you can't call the local branch to get some of your many issues resolved. Furthermore the website crashed for hours on 3/26/18 and they claim it was due to a storm. I claim it was hacked but who knows for sure. When the website is operating it is sticky and a lot of the functions don't work. Three strikes, you're out. I'm being nice with 2 stars.

Won't open accounts if you don't plan on just leaving money in your account. Don't plan on cashing in your stocks.

Horrible customer service from a guy named Mike. Will never ever use this company or recommend them to anyone. They don't want to handle paper stocks. My business is going to Edward Jones
