Very poor customer service, they respect only clients who have more than a million dollars in their account and up. Very disappointed visit and disrespectful experience. But they have good location.
Ted was most helpful and did an outstanding job helping me out.
Very difficult to deal with. The lady on the phone even indicated that she was no longer willing to discuss the account with me (I am a registered owner on the account). The sign on the door indicates that appointments are available outside of office hours. However they are unwilling to set up appointments. Not very customer friendly at all.
