The big sign says Schwab, TD Ameritrade is in small print on the door. Schwab bought Ameritrade; however, they are still operating independently for now. The folks inside were helpful. Nice space.

Dropped off a check to be deposited in our account. They put the check aside and didn't take the appropriate steps to place those funds in the account. We were able to get in touch with someone at the brach days later. Poor service. I guess I'm not important to them.

We are trying to deposit a check to our account, the front desk lady without extensive knowledge told us we can deposit that check and then she called us back that the deposit was declined. I have to end up drive over there again and pick up the check , now the check is not usable and I have to go back to my original bank to have them issue anther one. What a waste of time, she should know better if something like this, terrible customer service.
