They lost my funds 20,000...11 days later they cancelled my account...because they dont properly open new accounts or call to check To make sure everything is ok. I had to call for 8 days till someone could tell me where my money was ! I complained...TD told me I can't trade with them anymore Because they lost more than half of my money ! Response...I called 7 times...no one...no one From TD ever called me back ! No one gives straight answers.

It was going like walmart.. Customer service takes over 7days to do a transfer. No one could tell me what was going on. They have my fuds tied up. Im losing money everyday that TD has Funds ! It took 7 days to find out they only transfered Less than half of my funds Customer service just like Walmart I've never been so disguted in my life ! NOBODY HAD THE COURTESY TO CALL ME BACK...IT TOOK 7 DAYS ! I HAD TO CALL THEM

Coming from Scottrade I thought I was going to get similar service. I made a deposit and money has not been deposited to my account. After several days I tried calling office anfd of course no answer. No one had courtesy to contact me of issue with deposit. Now dealing with corporate rep from who knows where trying to find out why my money wasnt deposited.
