Customer service is nonexistent. They put you on hold for hours and hours. The app is slow to respond and is useless for quotes. The ticker lags 15 to 20 minutes behind the market. It's slow and unsupported. As I write this I have been on hold with them for 51 minutes to solve a problem with price averaging. Try any other service.

I am very surprised that this is only rated 2 stars. I am assuming that Victor Contente was not there at that time. He greeted perfectly excellent conversation and on the point information. They even validate parking in Arcade parking lot. Cannot recommend this office highly enough. Great job Victor!
