I am in Michigan & ordered a birthday gift basket for a dear friend who is local to Ft. Worth. Not only did the substitute Coors Lights for the local IPA, they completely forgot the add-ons I paid extra for. An embarrassing gift. I paid over $100 and for my trouble they refunded me $15...the exact price difference of the mistake and not even an apology. If ordering online, I suggest DON'T.
