The Coin Counting Machine is a GREAT perk for Members. To the Lady that was waiting, sorry I had a lot; those penny rolls were difficult to open and I did not want to get pieces of paper from the rolls in the machine for fear of jamming the Coin Counting Machine-also the rolls were easier to carry in the pouch I had. I will make last trip next week to the Coin Counting Machine but I have less that are not in penny rolls.
I've had multiple years of experience working with Everwise and honestly, they have never really been willing to help me when I needed it. I'm younger and back when I had no credit, they continuously denied me over and over for even a small amount of credit like $300, when I was in a period in my life when I needed it most. Other credit unions (cough Honor cough) were willing to help me. Very nice Lady's at the Portage Rd branch
Sent my wife in with a check we got as a wedding present. That I had endorsed as required and they denied to allow her to deposit the check unless I became a member? I called customer support and was told the same thing. This is obviously just an attempt to gain members since we had previously deposited checks this way fine. 0/10 terrible customer service. Will be moving accounts to my FI.
