I’m not going to be upset with anyone who financed my truck. I like this branch because it’s close to my home and the tellers are always friendly.
I’ve been a long time Customer And my experience at Everwise has been challenging at times with some of the representatives. They seem to have selective hearing problems. They get my account all screwed up and it falls on me however it does get straightened out, but it’s a shame you have to go through that the store is clean and the representatives are friendly and nice. That’s why I continue going.
I have never had a single encounter where the teller was not friendly and helpful. The last time I went through the drive thru, the teller even welcomed me by name before I had sent over any ID.
