I'd give 0 stars if I could. My husband and I called to ask about a $2 charge for viewing. And the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude. Didn't answer any of our questions before she hung up on us. Never have I ever been treated so poorly by someone who is supposed to be in customer service. If that is how you handle a simple question about a $2 fee, how are they going to treat you after your locked in a contract and have major home issues or any issues at all! I would not rent from them.
TCT Property Management has managed our investment properties in Arizona for about 6 years now. We live out of state, so having a company which communicates well and responds promptly to our tenants' concerns is critically important to our success. TCT hits 5 stars on this every time. The worse experience ever, I summited my application on Tuesday June 22 2021, they charged me $120, they told me they were going to let me know, not Until June 28 I get an email at 3pm, then the next day another email in the afternoon, I was out of town so I replied to their first email Wednesday morning and I was about to reply to the second email when I received an email from TCT saying they were canceling my application, They never even called me once, I send them my ID, banks statements etc but they decided to cancel my ... read more
