I strongly advise anyone against renting from this management company. They took over the building from my previous landlord, and raised the rent by the maximum 10%. I sent at least seven or eight emails to inquire about this, but received no response, they completely ignored me. After I moved out, they tried everything to hit me with unfair fees, so I took them to small claims court. We recently moved into Cascade Park Apartments, managed by TCT Property Management. The Assistant Property Manager, Alexis, has been professional, punctual and easy to work with. The unit was delivered to us when promised and in good condition. Any questions or requests have been promptly addressed to my satisfaction. Overall, it has been a positive experience.
