Great team of people. Have had them for 20 years. They were the original company that installed all of our air-conditioning and heating when we first bought our home. They’ve been great. Nothing but positive and they deserve the five star.
During the recent heat wave. Our A/C stopped working. TCS was prompt to respond and fixed the issue next day. Most HVAC companies struggle with responsiveness during rough weather, not TCS!
Installed new HVAC. From start to finish the entire team was excellent
Highly recommend TCS. Very happy with my new heat pump. Dan and Christian did a great job on the installation. Update - Heat pump broke exactly one month after warranty expired. Came home to an 88 degree house. Wires melted on the outside unit. This is a $10k Carrier heat pump. Old unit was a Trane. Those wires never melted. Cost me a $390 after hours service fee. This is not what I was expecting with a new unit. The service tech was great.
