7/14 - TCS Sales witnessed our TRANE AC system leaking at Fan Coil but still providing forceful air flow including into 15'x17' Guest Bedroom with 12' ceiling (rest of house has 7 foot high ceilings) ..we were assured that Carrier could provide equal service with "GA8TAN5 AC 4 Ton" system 7/18 - TCS Installation team was on site for 10 hours until seemingly got message that job was completed ..there was minimal (5 minutes) instruction of thermostat as they left since 7/18 - our large Guest Bedroom does not get nearly as much... read more
