On the day my husband was released from the hospital after an accident, our septic system decided to make our lives a little more unpleasant and stop working. TCS answered the phone on a Saturday of a Holiday weekend and scheduled to come out on Monday morning. His employee told us when he would arrive, and he arrived right on schedule. He diagnosed the problem immediately and made the repair. Rarely have we had such responsive, honest and friendly service. I would have given 6 stars if I could.
Terrell "Tac" Cobb is the owner of the company; he is also the man digging the hole alongside his employee and getting the work done right and fast. Not only is everything done correctly and with highest quality of parts, but the job is done completely. No detail left undone. Even the little are addressed, such as squaring away the ground and eliminating scuff and scrape marks. TCS leaves the site in first class condition. Tac is a supercool guy. His crew will come and get stuff done you will not be disappointed!
Our home sits below street level so we have a major pump system to get our sewage up to the level of the city sewer. When our pump went out, TCS was able to order and replace the pump and get us up and running in a very reasonable time frame. They’ve also been very responsive to some questions I’ve had since that installation. Recommend 100%.
