I called in and spoke with Haley to get our septic tank drained and she was so pleasant and very accommodating on our schedule! Tac showed up as scheduled and we appreciated his call to let us know he was on his way to our home. He answered all my questions with patience and great knowledge! We have used this company since 2011 and we have been very pleased with their service! This company said the septic system passed the pre-sale inspection before we purchased our house. A couple of months after we moved in, waste started seeping up out of the ground. We called and someone from the company came out and told us to put some dirt on it to cover it up. He said for $1,500 he would bring a load of dirt out. That is the last we heard from him. I would recommend you steer clear of this company. I am giving one star only because Google doesn't allow zero stars or negative stars.

Tac came out to pump our tank within an hour of my phone call. He exemplifies the utmost professionalism, knowledge and efficiency. Excellent pricing as well. I’ll be recommending him every single time to my friends and acquaintances in need.
We called TCS Monday for 2 tanks to be pumped, they asked how soon I needed them done, since I had Wednesday off work, I asked if they could come out then, and they did on the dot!! Tac was here at exactly the time he said he would be, got my tanks done and the bill was more then fair!! Hope to not have to call them again for a while but would definitely recommend TCS !
