Working with the Tech person (Dan) through the RV Fix virtual setting, Dan was able to walk me through problem solving a slide issue. My bedroom slide would not extend outward leaving my closet and most of my dresser drawers inaccessible. The help he provided and the recommendations he made were all done with clarity and patience. Being able to find the control box for the slide and locate the loose wire… saved my 5 week vacation from a lot of frustration. Thank you Dan!
My wife and I stopped at Bish’s today around noon in Traverse City to pick up a camper part and look at some larger travel trailers and fifth wheels. We have owned seven campers over the past 25 years and are considering upgrading now that we have an F-350. I enjoy Bish’s YouTube videos, but this experience was nothing like the friendly atmosphere they portray online. I bought a brand new camper in June from a wonderful sales person Olivia and also a 5 year extra warranty on my new camper. Been over a month and a half my sisters rv has been there for a warranty fridge everytime we have talked to them they say its on the way its on the way, the last time we talked to them “they lost it” this is by far the worst service we have ever experienced and coming from a well known campground owner in beulah mi we will never recommend them for anything horrible service and horrible communication
