My wife and I recently bought a really nice unit from Bish’s in Traverse City. We were highly impressed with the quality of service and loved how the whole team from sales and service to parts were involved in the sale. They really took time to be sure to answer any of our questions and make sure we were well equipped with our new camper. I highly recommend these guys!
Not a big selection in parts but was told it was the off season. Parts manager did give us a Huge discount on a surge protector. Thanks Bish.
1st time rv owner and they was VERY helpful in helping me figure out what was going on with my rv furnace after it quick working. Friendly service.
The customer service is terrible. I bought a brand new trailer here and it was offered with free propane for life and free winterizations. Every time I attempted to fill propane there they simply don’t have anyone certified to fill it, so why offer the deal? Then I couldn’t even get a hold of the service department to get winterization after the sales department literally looked at them while the phone rang… I don’t even want to know what the actual service is like because I couldn’t get that far!
