The customer service is terrible. I bought a brand new trailer here and it was offered with free propane for life and free winterizations. Every time I attempted to fill propane there they simply don’t have anyone certified to fill it, so why offer the deal? Then I couldn’t even get a hold of the service department to get winterization after the sales department literally looked at them while the phone rang… I don’t even want to know what the actual service is like because I couldn’t get that far! Great people to work with! Thank you Spencer, Owen, Danny, and Shannon! I recently purchased a used travel trailer from them and these guys made the experience great! Spencer helped me purchase the RV over the phone and had it delivered to my property, thank you driver (didn’t get your name). Terrible service if I could give them a minus 10 I would! First off the communication is the worse, took our motorhome in with a list of items to be fixed, they said a week, after 2 weeks my husband called and left a message no response, he called 4 times still no response after 3-1/2 weeks with calling every day and no response he drove to Traverse City ( we live an hour away) they said it was going in that day (really?) after having it for a month they only fixed 1/2 of what was on the list, plus we paid for a part they we... read more
My experience is basically exactly the same as all of the bad reviews !new camper with roaches and mice!I had never even seen a roach plus several issues including electrical and when it went in to get fixed they didn’t do most of what was listed ,we paid for a huge warranty but it is impossible to use thanks to their bish fix and the people working there,no call back and no answer ever!I am working on cancelling the extra policy but dread it calling there ,it literally makes me break out in hives!my next call is to the bish... read more
