Dropped an iPad off for repair, and they just decide to close business for an entire week without notification. Ruined a child’s Christmas and holding my equipment hostage.
Booked an appointment, showed up after paying for parking, walked in, and the guy informed that they didn’t have batteries for my battery replacement. Could have saved me 30 minutes with a simple phone call to let me know. Probably won’t be returning here.
