Helena is amazing! It’s not just a “feel good” massage, it’s about working on a specific need. She is intentional about what she does and takes great pride in her work. One of the best massage therapists I’ve ever visited. Take care of you health and it will take care of you. I highly recommend.
Staff at the clinic is very helpful. Helena is very helpful and I learned a lot from my treatment. She talked to me about how each treatment helps with my recovery. I felt a lot better every time I have my appointment. Having been in pain for a long time and I was relieved that I found a provider that helped with the issues with my back and my whole body. I highly recommend this clinic and will recommend to me family and friends.

I've had five sessions with Helena specifically for issues with my lower back and a nerve pain issue in my neck that shoots into my hand. I've had the nerve problem for 15 years. Within these five sessions, my lower back pain is now completely gone and the neck nerve issue is so much better than it has ever been. If you are looking for a deep and restorative massage session, TCM Massage is the place to go. I’m always amazed at how my body reacts to the massages, Helena is skilled with her craft and knowledge of the body. I prefer a deeper massage and she always finds the knots in my back, legs, shoulders etc. I came in with a TMJ issue a few weeks ago and it was painful enough where yawning hurt.
