Best thing i ever did. Helena is a muscle worker. I have struggled with back and neck pain for years. I was at the point of being able to tolerate the pain, than a major car accident happened and more pain in the same areas and new areas. PT was hurting and not doing anything. First session she got all of pain in the area and was able to release a lot of the pressure. Each session I get better and better. I am starting to have feeling in my toes again. It's been years. She's amazing and I highly recommend.
Helena is amazing! It’s not just a “feel good” massage, it’s about working on a specific need. She is intentional about what she does and takes great pride in her work. One of the best massage therapists I’ve ever visited. Take care of you health and it will take care of you. I highly recommend.
Helena is absolutely incredible. I recommend TCM to everyone I know. Helena is so knowledgeable and has such a gift for healing. I have experienced healing for so many things, including calming my nervous system. Rebecca is also sweet and always makes me feel so welcomed.
Staff at the clinic is very helpful. Helena is very helpful and I learned a lot from my treatment. She talked to me about how each treatment helps with my recovery. I felt a lot better every time I have my appointment. Having been in pain for a long time and I was relieved that I found a provider that helped with the issues with my back and my whole body. I highly recommend this clinic and will recommend to me family and friends.
Highly recommended, her traditional Chinese massage technique are incredible and you can immediately tell she has years of knowledge and experience. She is very caring, attentive and always makes sure you are comfortable. She also shares helpful advice about living a healthy lifestyle, I always leave feeling refreshed and energized.
