Helena and her staff are incredible. I come here with chronic illness and major back problems . I no longer have a limp and am back to regular activities. This place is really about healing .

Helena's deep knowledge is rooted in ancestral practices, and professional science making each massage feel truly special. Their approach is holistic and human-centered, and they are always there to support you. They help you navigate the insurance benefits, remind you of appointments, and provide moral support, warm tea, and delightful snacks! They are a true gift to Tacoma and the massage therapy field.
The people that work here are very nice to you. They treat you well. The tea is great and the massages are probably the best. I've ever had actually takes away your pain
Have had many of my aches and pains that I thought were from old age go away. The feeling of general well being and overall health comes to you after having 4 or 5 sessions. I would recommend Helena's healing hands to everyone.
Helena is a literal miracle worker l, she has helped me with my back problems my sister with her chronic pain issues and so many more of our friends. She is truly amazing!
