Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? I went in for the Naet treatment with dr li. I had big hopes for it as I suffer badly from allergies, both food and airborne. 300 for each treatment. Followed the directions to a T. Absolutely no help. I suffer just the same now. A waste of money. I'm astounded at the other good reviews, I think they were written by the Tcm health center and not actual reviewers. My two cents.

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Did this provider have reasonable prices? Absolutely! Did this provider wear an obnoxious cologne? No, they didn't wear any cologne
