I went in to try to get my blood work done and the front desk lady was rude to me and other people coming in to get blood work done as well. I asked for a business card for the information to provide my doctor and she asked why I needed it and told me they have a phone but doesn’t answer the phones. The lady provided me with the address and fax number but no phone number. It is terrible customer service even as a health care setting.
Staff is rude wait times are ridiculous and they need to hire more than 1 phlebotomist!
The new self-check in system is difficult to use. The front desk receptionist was rude and acted as if I was an inconvenience. Do not recommend this site.
What a mess. Not enough employees. But you can bet your bottom dollar they aren’t missing on their bonuses.
My dad waited over 1.5 hrs and then had re-enter insurance info in the new system. This was for the same tests as previous weeks
