I had a shower door and stationary panel installed. JP did a very nice job. He reviewed the install with me. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. All packaging and debris was removed. When the install was complete he went over it with me and made sure I was happy. Thank you!
Had issues with frameless shower door. JP & Mary adjusted the shower door and shared tips on how to keep glass clean and spot free. Excellent service.
I can’t say enough great things about JP and Mary! They recently came over to fix the seal around our shower, and they were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only did they do a clean, professional job on the seal itself, but they also noticed an issue I hadn’t even seen—and took care of it on the spot without hesitation.
JP from TCI Myrtle Beach stopped by to address a manufacturing defect in a mirror. He replaced the mirror and even adjusted a larger mirror over our master bath sinks. Then he tightened a loose grab bar. He did not leave until convinced that we are taken care of. He gave us excellent advice on how to care for our glass doors and mirrors, among other things. Very knowledgeable and personable.
We had JP of TCI do some shower door adjustments and repair and he was great! He gave a thorough explanation of what he was doing and did a great job adjusting our shower doors!
