Tried calling the Laredo location and the lady who answered didn’t even let me finish asking my question and just transferred me and they had me on hold for six minutes, I hung up called back and they wouldn’t answer my phone call and would just switch them to whoever they were redirecting the calls to, called again and they answered the phone but wouldn’t say anything, and all I was trying to do was collect a payment that was not paid to me by a broker and they were the shipper.
