Have only been there twice and surprised that there were no patients in the waiting area, but now understand why. The staff is cold and unfriendly and the Doctor is condescending and arrogant with a terrible bedside manner.
Although it's pretty busy all the nurses and staff seem to be quite friendly and the doctor are very knowledgeable and know what they're talking about.
I went into the clinic Jan. 15, 2015, for the first time and I was very satisfied with the service received especially with the front desk receptionist. She greeted me as I walked in the door and she had a smile on her face that just lite up the room. My son was coughing so bad and the lady at the front desk asked me if I needed a bottle of water; and to my surprise the young lady was on a walker but she did not stop her from making sure that the patients came first. Arrived 30 minutes before they opened. Was #2 in line. Was already in the ststem however I was told because the other receptionist typed faster I got pushed to #8.
The receptionist need some instruction but the quality of care was wonderful. I am very happy with my experience there. But yes the front desk needs training.
I am so impressed with this facility. I was given such good care. I really felt like Dr. Sarah cared about me and wanted to vacillate my healing. I left with the feeling I had found a place I could go to when I need immediate care.
Front desk personell were very rude, overheard them talking negatively about people on the phone. Very unprofessional.
Dr. Matte saw me this afternoon. I had gone to other Kwik Center in Covington the day were compassionate but could not relieve the pressure from an infection under my thumb nail) The pain was so horrifying that I drove today - I am so please to write the experience was reassuringly great. His staff was extremely helpful and caring. Weeks later I am still so impressed with Dr. Matta that I've told two people about him and felt compelled to post a review. The fact that he has a capable and friendly staff is just icing on the cake. Dr. Matta is a rare breed who still practices with the philosophy that the patient has a brain and is a person, not a number.
