I am in the process of looking into purchasing one of the condo's and what concerns me is the HOA dues are around 400+ per month and all of the units that i have been looking into purchasing seems to have all the metal handrails is terrible condition and also there is a lot of rotten areas on the outside of the units. Can anyone help me understand how you can be paying that amount per month for dues and the condition of the units are in such shape.
