I’ve seen Dr.Tchabo from age 18-21. Always very knowledgeable and helpful. Making an appointment was super easy and had open availability for working ladies. Unfortunately I can no longer go to this office as they don’t accept my insurance. Will always recommend his practice!
Every time I call this office, I encounter a new protocol, requirement, or request to come in—only to receive a bill of $100+ without gaining any new information. The staff is consistently untrained ( also noted and confirmed by Dr. Mina or whatever her name is) unprofessional, and seemingly incompetent. My medication is never properly noted in my file, requiring me to remind the entire staff every time I call.
