I stayed at 905 4th street for a year and gave them a 2 month notice before moving out, yet they forgot about me and attempted to leave an eviction notice on my door in late April without ever trying to call me when my lease was over in March and I left in feburary after giving my notice in January.I cleaned everything and never caused any damage or disturb anyone yet they stiffed me on my security deposit. I contacted this company regarding a unit for rent, and they asked for a 25.00 application fee. When I asked about the fee I was told and I quote (We would not be able to move someone without them filling out an application. The application fee covers the cost of a background check we run for each applicant. ) If you feel need to run a background check, you should not charge the consumer, IT'S CALLED THE COST OF DOING BUSINESS.

I have left I don’t know how many messages and emails and have never heard back from one person. I even went on Zumper where everything for this company seems to be listed and requested dozens of viewing times. I got a text from an automated number stating “the management would like to schedule a time to show me a property.” What a crock. I still have yet to hear about the other times I had requested.
