Catered TCG for my wedding this past summer and was absolutely blown away! The braised red wine short ribs + cajun salmon are a must try. Multiple guest told me it was the best wedding food they ever had :) The dinner service, appetizers, and even drinks couldn’t have been better. Nadine and her team helped me curate my menu and made the process simple and enjoyable. I’ve been waiting for the next event to host to cater them again!
TCG catered a Filipino buffet style meal for our recent event, an Auction & Dinner for 200 guests. The food was wonderful, the servers were friendly and efficient, the banquet tables were set up beautifully. When planning our event, Edison and Nadine were so helpful and accommodating, always responding within 24 hours. We would definitely recommend this group for all of your catering needs.
I've used TCG Catering for our holiday gathering (small group of people) and the food was delicious. Nadine was great to work with when picking out the dishes, and she was very responsive even though it was during Christmas. The food was delivered on time! Everyone at the party enjoyed it, and we had a ton of leftovers which our guests asked if they could get some to-go (we of course gladly said yes!). Thank you, TCG team. Now I have a reliable service that I can use for our future needs.
We hired Nadine and her team to bartend our wedding in September and it was the best decision by far! From my inquiry all the way to the wedding, their communication was amazing. If I had another event, I would consider Nadine first!
We got the drop off service for our intimate wedding, they were 20 mins later than said for arrival. Other than that almost everything was good probably expected with drop off service but some dishes were cold like the elote corn and the filet mignon was overcooked and not worth the extra price. We really loved the Korean short ribs which were amazing and the fettuccine Alfredo.
