We worked with TCG for our brunch wedding and it was incredible! The food was delicious and beautifully styled and the entire team of staff was professional and pleasant. One of our favorite parts was the live-action omelette station! It really elevated the meal and made it feel fresh. Got the gold wedding package. Buffet food was great; many compliments from the guests. The appetizer was okay. Few issues: 1) Guests had to find water for themselves during dinner. I should have clarified beforehand if water was self-serve. 2) The catering staff did not cut the cakes and did not offer plates/forks for the cakes (although “Gold Package” includes complimentary cake cutting). my husband and i used TCG for our wedding catering and bartending. they went ABOVE and BEYOND with absolutely everything. we had so many compliments on the food, set up, and the staff was soo patient throughout the process. We used TCG Catering for multiple events and let me tell you... they deliver more than expected every time! Our favorite dishes are all their Filipino dishes. My Filipino family is always impressed by the taste and quality of the food. We have also tried their other items and have never been disappointed. The TCG team does it all! Just give them a visual of what you are looking for and the team will make magic happen.
