I've been coming here for years, and always had excellent service. The new construction looks like it's going to be quite a nice new facility.
I've been getting premium care from the same M.D, for many years now, and I will gladly remain one of the patients with this provider.
I was a patient at this office since approx. 1987. Saw Dr. Phillips for as long as she worked there, and she was amazing. She has retired, so I had an appointment with Erin Simpson, NP, to transfer my care to her. Because I did not check in at the front desk, but used the digital check in that was recommended, they "didn't know I was there" and Ms. Simpson cancelled my appointment while I was in the waiting room.
