Decent customer service.
I have been a customer for 2 years, when I moved to savage location from the beginning it was the worst experience ever they were so annualabout everything a couple of days ago I was trying to deposit my sisters check from the same job we work at and they made such a big deal because they said they need our mom at the branch to deposit the check when we're both 18. The next day they said they can't do it because she didn't have an account prior to that she didn't have to have an account so I don't know how many un experience... read more
Great bank and people there are friendly
My complaint is not about this branch in particular, but rather about TCF in general. I've been a customer for years, and they still hit me with a "dormant" fee on a savings account, even though I am an active customer with another account with direct deposits, auto-withdrawals, etc. In spite of a many year history as a TCF customer, with my accounts always in good standing, they said there is nothing they can do to reverse this fee.
