I want an explanation why I get your privacy notices, overdraft notices, line of credit bill, all other things in one day but it takes over a week to mail my new checkcard, which has caused a serious inconvenience in my life. Mail from Mpls is one day, yet unless we pay the "expedited" mailing fee it takes 5 times longer to get your checkcard than it should.
