I’ve banked here exclusively with multiple accounts for over 14 years. Most of the time I am treated horribly because they have to count cash and I ask for change to run my businesses. Lately, i can not leave my deposits in the drop box because they always get entered as different amounts and make bookkeeping a nightmare. Once they claimed there was a fraudulent fifty in my deposit but when i asked to see it, they didn’t have it. The last straw is the fact that they refuse Canadian coin in my deposits, even a penny.
