Working with this branch was the worst banking experience I have ever experienced. I arrived 10 minutes early for a scheduled appointment and checked in with one of the tellers. I was instructed to wait in the lobby and would be seen in “a few minutes”. I have now been sitting for 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment without being helped. I have seen three additional employees arrive; only one has left from their shift.

Always courteous, professional and helpful. Been a customer of TCF since the 70s. Never a problem at any location.

There is no local branch telephone number, so if you wanted to open an account on site you’ll have to call the 1-800 number and wait up to twenty minutes just so they can give you a local number and schedule a time for you to come in. It doesn’t matter if you call in at 9 am when banks are open , you’ll still be waiting an inordinate amount of time.

I tried calling the CS number and was on hold 32 minutes. The man hung up on me when I complained about the wait. So I went to the WSP branch, and even though only one banker was occupied with a person, I waited 15 minutes, so I walked out
