I recently worked on a commercial real estate project. A week prior to closing, we were required to provide a certificate of completion on some storm water improvements from 10 years prior. I was extremely impressed by the responsiveness from Jennifer and her team. In a world where getting a call back can be a challenge, Bowman/Trudell provides a very efficient, and professional service! I highly recommend them for any of their provided services!!

A tech came over from Trudell to locate a manhole cover with home owners instructing him where they though it was. He went all over with his metal detector except where it was suspected to be. Wasted so much time that the HOA had to pay for. Totally unprofessional. Finally found it in the area suspected. HOA was probably charged $1k. I could have found it in 10 minutes with a $100 metal detector. Contractors are so dishonest.

Very professional service and courteous staff. I needed an underground location of the septic box and the distribution tubes that feed out to the leach field. My property had deep snow which hindered the GPR location of the distribution tubes. Needless to say the job that was done, only determined partial location. I would recommend this service to locate underground septic equipment, but not when deep snow is present.
