A tech came over from Trudell to locate a manhole cover with home owners instructing him where they though it was. He went all over with his metal detector except where it was suspected to be. Wasted so much time that the HOA had to pay for. Totally unprofessional. Finally found it in the area suspected. HOA was probably charged $1k. I could have found it in 10 minutes with a $100 metal detector. Contractors are so dishonest.
Very professional service and courteous staff. I needed an underground location of the septic box and the distribution tubes that feed out to the leach field. My property had deep snow which hindered the GPR location of the distribution tubes. Needless to say the job that was done, only determined partial location. I would recommend this service to locate underground septic equipment, but not when deep snow is present.
Scammers. They will string you along after they take your retainer and then come back moths later asking for Triple the amount you agreed on in the contract. Total scam. They claim we didn't ask for a "Full survey" and now want an additional 5000$ for a land survey which should have cost 1800$-2400$ max.
