Great job medical assistant Amanda!
I had a doctor's appointment to establish new care. And the the receptionist and nurse were great! The nurse took her time to talk and listen to me and to update my chart. HAOLINH YIP was my doctor and she was very rude. She treated me like I was a problem. She asked why she is seeing me when OB should be taking care of me. Making it seem like I was inconvenience. Been here twice. First time waited 30 minutes for bloodwork and then watched a walk-in get taken back before me. I was on my lunch so I didn’t have time to wait. Second time waited 45 minutes for bloodwork. Dr told me she would call me Monday to discuss my results. It’s now the following Monday a week later and still haven’t gotten a call. Needless to say I’ll be looking for a new PCP. Wouldn’t recommend.
Got a rude and demeaning old man "doctor" who talks over patients, makes sexist comments, and fails to send necessary prescriptions. Terrible experience.
I Had an appointment today with nurse Practitioner Yip. Wow awful! She was seeing me for a virus with a huge mortality rate. And couldn't spend a few minutes educating herself before I came in. She says I know absolutely nothing about this. Listened to my lungs & did NOTHING! was out of the room in under 5 minutes. This is healthcare? Sad!
