Eric and his crew have been a pleasure to work with. Communication is key in all areas of life but so crucial when it comes to the order of operations during home renovations. The team shows up on time, they know what they're doing and they are pleasant to have around. Eric as well as his team are extremely knowledgable, creative and experienced - an absolute no-brainer decision if you're looking for a general contractor for residential or commercial purposes.

Actually no stars here, could not post it without giving him a star! I would highly recommend avoiding this contractor at all costs. While some of his other reviews were positive in terms of the quality of the work and customer service on the part of several employees, Eric is an abject failure as a licensed contractor. We tried to use him for a simple project that we wanted done quickly. He could not give us an estimate for a start date until we gave him a deposit.
