I just had the worst service I have had the misfortune of having. 3 girls working but no one at the counter. Impatient for me to make up my mind as if they had something they were doing that was more important than serving a customer. One also wouldn't be patient and let me finish my order. I have a young child and I was trying to get him to tell me what he wanted but the girl waiting on me just kept asking me if that was all and if there was anything else I needed. Very rude! I will not be back.
Last time I ordered they allowed me to use my buy one waffle cone get one waffle cone free, tonight before ordering I informed them that I wanted to use my coupon again and I wanted 4 waffle cones, he said okay,once I got to the window the lady only took off one of the waffles cones, I told her that before I placed my order I made sure they would honor the card twice and asked her to fix it, the only thing she said was "I'm sorry" and ignored everything else I was saying to her. Poor service ! Worker was more bothered by us being in the store than the ice cream was worth .
My daughter and I go to TCBY every Friday for her end of the school week treat. We love it! Everyone is always friendly and it's always clean. It's a great place for a yummy treat!
I can't believe how incredibly rude the staff were. I got an out of date cone and they replaced it but with a ton of attitude. They replaced it with another out of date one. When I sat down they kept giving me extremely dirty stares. I have never been treated with such disrespect by a sales associate. I will not be coming back and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
