This place used to be wonderful, been going there since it opened almost 5 yrs ago. Amidst ownership changes over the past few years, the most recent one is the worst. Despite being a valued tcby rewards member Silver Status , I unfortunately had the experience of buying my favorite flavor that tasted like it was soiled due to improper cleaning of the machines. New owner, horrible service, strange tasting yogurt probably due to lack of machine cleaning. Huge disappointment. Employees are rude and close an hour early whenever they feel like it.

I walked in to my favorite yogurt shop just to be greeted with a very unprofessional attitude. Mind you i walked in without a mask because there were 2 customers without a mask in there sitting down so i figured i could enter too. So my girlfriend entered and ordered a yogurt and was rudely rushed by the only young lady working there today on august 30th at 520pm.
