The yogurt is awesome but the service is awful. Every time I come and this one guy is working, he is very rude to my children and myself. I understand health and safety of all staff and customers is a priority and necessity but the way he handles certain situations is not acceptable. He is very rude to customers and children.

There is an employee at this location named Billy who needs to be fired. He lied to us and was extremely disrespectful.. He lacks customer service skills. I was extremely disappointed in his actions.
