This location of TCBY constantly closes before 9 pm. They will stop answering the phone 10-15 minutes before close. My husband left the house to get TCBY after getting our kids to sleep. He got there 8 minutes before close and they would not open the window. He proceeded to wait for someone to open the window, but they ignored him. I understand not allowing new customers at or after 9 pm. If you are going to say that you are open until 9 pm, then you should be serving customers until 9 pm. Got in line of drive thru at 850pm. Took 14 minutes to service 1 car ahead and employee refused to recognize let alone serve us. Very unprofessional.

One start because it was good minus 4 because the lady who works there had the worst attitude i almost walked out but it was for my little sisters.
