Very clean and good atmosphere. Loved hanging out and getting some good frozen yogurt. Very friendly staff, I felt very welcome here. 10/10 would recommend to friends.
A very rude, standoff, yet creepy male works here. Will be taking my money and young kids elsewhere. If you are a woman I recommend you cover up to avoid being stared down. I have been a customer of TCBY for 3 years now as I live in Baxter, very dissapointing.
Was greeted VERY rudely when I walked in 10 minutes before closing. Not sure I will return. I know you're ready to go home, but I am a paying customer who would have bought more to take home.
Frozen yogurt was good and topping bar had lots of options but there was no one in site when we walked in working and she finally came out when we were waiting to check out when I finally started talking louder trying to get someone's attention. Saw her later in the back on her cell phone when we went to the bathroom. They def need a bell or something to let the workers know people are there if they aren't required to stay on the floor when they are open.
