All the reviews say it all. Got a referral from the hospital in October 2024! It’s now MARCH 2025 and I’ve left over 100 voicemails and sent emails and guess what, no response. Horrible horrible horrible I don’t even want to be treated by such a place where they treat people like this.

I wouldn’t recommend this UROLOGY practice to anyone, particularly Dr Luke Fazio and his office folks. A person who is very near and dear to my wife is “under his care” (if you can argue what they provide is “care”). More than half a dozen emails and another half a dozen phone calls have gone unanswered. When seeking to schedule follow-up appointments..the staff are a disaster. Thank God for the Clinic at Beverly Hills. Dr. Bhargava is an absolutely incredible, awesome surgeon and person!!! To all who need help, please read. I have suffered with advanced, often life debilitating, hemorrhoids for years and when I say suffered this is no understatement. Bad Client Care, Try to call. You will NEVER get through horrible service. They NEVER answer the phones. Dont believe me, try calling. Front desk treats patients poorly. They dont work as a team. They say bad things about patients when no one is listening. doctors dont really care. bad clinic. I was NOT happy with service.
