Roamed the store to look for a few options to have a standing desk. The owner walked me through the pro's and con's of each solution and then pointed me to another option that I hadn't considered. There was no pressure to select any one option, but I very happy with the third option shared with me. Great customer service and great prices. I don't know why anyone would spend full price at other stores.
I had such a great experience here! Staff were very helpful in finding what I needed for a good office chair and ergonomic footrest. The footrest even heats and cools! Great pricing for open items, and they were really helpful in offering delivery services when I couldn't fit the chair in my car. There's a LOT more in this store than I thought, having driven by it hundreds of times. Had a very strange experience there the other day. Wanted to purchase a desk and chair and was ready to pay for both items. The sales person informed us that unfortunately they didn’t have the desk we wanted in a box and all that was left was the floor model, which was 30 dollars more. The sales person informed me that the desk was 30 dollars more because it took her 1.5 hrs to put it together. Friendly staff. Quick to assist us in finding a metal storage cabinet. Even loaded it on the trailer for us. Would definitely shop there again!
My Son had game chair repaired here, my Son sat in chair while in store heard loud crack, staff told us it was the base settling. When we got home found base ring had large crack, and could not be used. Took back to the store the next day refused to refund, or dispose of. Please note this store does not stand behind their work.
